This sounds wrong.
In SBS world there can be multiple album artists for an album. As Jim said,
only one of them is chosen for sorting & alphabar (albums.contributor column),
but this is not ever used for display of the albums' artists, whcih should be
sourced from the contributor_album link table.
i.e. a lot of people tag all songs on an album with the same set of artist
tags. eg. ARTIST=Jimmy Page;Robert Plant, and thus there are two album artists
for the album. It is also possible to explicitly tag ALBUM ARTIST=Jimmy
Page;Robert Plant.
If there are different artists across tracks, then the album artist would
usually be "Various Artists" (either set by the user, or automatically assigned
by the scanner).
