If all songs have the same artists, there's no need for COMPILATION=0.
I believe the only time COMPILATION=0 is necessary, is if two different albums
having the same name but by different artists were ripped to the same source
folder. This would be treated normally as a single compilation album. Adding
COMPILATION=0 meant that the scanner would assume there to be an album per
distinct set of track artists on songs.
eg. "The Greatest Hits" issue. I believe that if you had a "Greatest Hits" by
Queen, and "Greatest Hits" by Squeeze all ripped in the same folder, you'd end
up with a compilation album called "Greatest Hits" containing:
track 1 by Queen
track 1 by Squeeze
track 2 by Queen
track 2 by Squeeze
Adding COMPILATION=0 would mean you'd get two albums; one album containing all
Queen tracks, and the other album having all Squeeze tracks.
I think it is really unusual for someone to rip more than one album of the same
name into a single folder, and usually people do not want an album to be split
into several albums based on track artists, thus COMPILATION=0 is never needed.
