OK - I see now. I only have a max of 3 artists - and my "3" is odd because all artists names start with "C"... Looking at the album browse use-case again, I'm not sure it matters exactly where the album appears in the alpha sort sequence. If you are consciously looking for a particular album title, wouldn't you KNOW the artists? If you are purely working visually, does it matter what exact sequence the covers appear in? However, back to the physical world for a moment... if you had the CD, where would you file the 1 copy of it? I'm not suggesting we should be bound by the limitations of the physical world... but it is an interesting question, especially for classical music...
