as to physical CDs, i have a display / storage rack i built myself, wooden and bolted to the wall. i put stuff on that in loose genre based locations, and i rarely go looking for a CD, so i didn't put any thought into it really. not sure there's a good answer to that. the way i tag, i just do one AA tag and one A tag. simple, easy. but the album i thought of, was: Appalachian Journey where the A on each track would be: Alison Krauss, Yo-Yo-Ma, Mark O'Connor, Edgar Meyer, James Taylor so i just decided to use this for AA b/c this is where/how i CHOOSE to sort it: Alison Krauss, Yo-Yo-Ma, James Taylor another similar album is one that Phil M and I have, of Pink Floyd covers, but i use an AA of "Pink Floyd tribute" on that.
