Thinking about it a little more... If you want the option of artwork in the playlist display, it would make more sense to use the 'show/hide artwork' setting used for the current playlist (or keep a separate cookie for the browse pane). And exactly the same treatment and logic for either text-only or three line small artwork. Both use the Title Format and add ARTIST and ALBUM if necessary. The text-only lists add it on the same line, while the small artwork display places them on separate lines.
