The wife intercepted my plans to get out of work early and continue with the Revue testing, but I got to play the setup a little bit this morning.
I'm still unable to remotely access the library via the UPnP/DLNA Media Interface plugin either with the Revue or with my laptop using WMP. I looked and the Windows system, application and security event logs and found no errors or messages related to the issue. I also made sure that the Windows XP server had all the networking services that my be required installed, including the Internet Gateway Device Discovery and Control Client and the UPnP User interface. I then set the logging to debug for the UPnP/DLNA Media Interface plugin. I have attached the resulting server.log after I enabled debug logging and tried accessing the Media Library using WMP from my laptop with host IP address 192.168.1.101.
