Nice summary, Erland. So LMS 7.7.0 RC3: RC quality for music, early Beta quality for videos and photos. Is Logitech REALLY going to release this on October 3rd, with so many problems with video and photo support? At least another MONTH will be required to bring LMS 7.7.0 video and photo support up to Release Candidate quality. Makes me think that Logitech rewards its managers for meeting schedules, not for releasing quality software products. If Logitech thinks that releasing poor-quality software is the way to make money, they are being very short sighted. Yeah, they will sell some Revues to unsuspecting customers, who soon will ask for their money back or throw it in the trash and vow never again to buy a Logitech product. Logitech needs to change its reward metrics to reward managers for putting out quality products, not releasing half-baked software on a pre-determined schedule. -- Ron Olsen ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ron Olsen's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9233 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=90609 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
