No, they are both data discs just like I said.  One format is Digital
Versatile Disc aka DVD and the other is Blu-ray format.

Neither have anything to do with video.  They both have a file system
that can contain any type of file you want.  Microsoft office
documents, mp3s, database files, what ever you want.

But if you want to call them both DVDs because they commonly contain
movie related files, go ahead.
