Is this your experience, something you can reproduce? Because it's not  
what it should be. It should always be there, no matter how you've  
configured your LMS. But I do know that sometimes it disappears for  
reasons still unknown to me. If above behaviour was reproducible, then  
that would be interesting information to be added to the bug report I  
mentioned.
