Just got around to testing this and it's much the same as before. I changed the cover for an album and did the usual bump of the timestamp to the audio files, did a new & changed scan, then I restarted LMS (as per an earlier suggestion). When browsing albums and on the albuminfo page I see the old cover. On the trackinfo page and in the NP and current playlist I see the new cover.
