Here's a new problem. I'm not sure exactly of the circumstances, but I'll try to recreate it and pin it down better.
I added a couple of new albums and ran a new & changed scan. Then I browse to the album in the web UI and click the cover, which should launch the full-sized cover in a new window. I get a 404 error. Looks like the URL is correct.
