Sorry for the delay in replying. I have tried that without success. I use the Microsoft instruction on downloads to the server, basically, download to the "parent" computer and then using the local network install the software onto the server add-ins. Up until just recently, I have been using a Microsoft XP pro computer for this task. That went belly-up earlier this year and I now use my Windows 7 laptop which I use for updates and a new Microsoft 8.1 desktop, which I don't use for updates. There is a learning curve involved with the new operating system. I have a suspician that somehow the Microsoft 7 laptop is influencing the download, although I can't see how or why. I don't regularly use Internet Explorer, it's on the computer as a back-up browser. I usually use Firefox or Chrome. I will keep trying until I trace where it is going wrong.
