Why ?
Embedding them means that users who don't want to run beta version of
LMS have to wait for the next official LMS release to get access to the
latest plugin functionality. With the current solution a user can select
to use a stable official LMS release and just use a beta version of a
specific plugin.
However, I do think it's time to start to consider removing the need to
check the "Show all 3rd party plugins" checkbox, especially since none
of the plugins you mention is part of the recommended plugin list. I
think a "recommended list" made sense when Logitech maintained LMS but
in a community release I'm not sure it makes much sense anymore.
