Makes sense. Then everyone sees the same user interface. There was a post in another thread just a couple of days ago where someone was confused because they'd inadvertently disabled the Extension Downloader plugin.
It's funny, but I think I never saw as many of these postings as since we discussed the topic here. There have been more than one a week recently imho.
