"me myself and i" did nothing ;-) The Alert was set for a runtime of 50 Minutes. I guess the alert PAUSES the music and then powers off the device. Because if i manually power off a device, music is played on the other one. So the "Alert-Stopper" seems to be my "Show-Stopper".
But is this new to 7.9? I would be surprised if anything in this department had changed since... 7.7.
