I have upgraded to 7.9.0-1408216432 from 7.8.0 on my Qnap TS210. When I check plugins tab I see "Bad repository http://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml - Connect timed out: " error and there are only official plugins under "inactive plugins". My installed active plugins are there and functioning, there is no 3rd party plugins checkbox as expected (as far as I know about 7.9).
