OK Some updates. Finally found out why the files played with no sound. I had Pure Music installed with some proxy files left over. The player was mistakenly playing the blank proxy files.
But now I have a different problem. A scan of the DSD file folder came up with nothing. But When I browse the folder I could play file files. But both the "NOW PLAYING" area of the browser and the Touch display nothing while the music is still playing. But at least now the files are playing fine. Is this a known problem? Any way to have the both the server and Squeezebox recognize the files and their metadata?
