Did You delete the tracks INSIDE LMS or with an external editor? If I do it INSIDE LMS it works of course - You even don't have to start a "New + Changed"-scan, it recognizes the changes immediately (for they are done by LMS itself). The problem occurs if You edit playlists with external editors (in my case for I use them in several other programs/apps).
