Just for the record and the reason I went quiet on this:
Yesterday I agreed with frank1969 that any changes made to a playlist
using an external editor wasn't picked up doing a "New & Changed" or
"Playlist only" scan.
Today I cannot repeat this, changes made to a playlist are now being
picked up by the scanner.
I have made no changes to anything, and before anyone asks "what changes
did you make before you didn't make any changes" ...
