[SlimDevices: Beta] AAC Radio Streaming Issue (SB Classic, Radio)

Hi,

I am running LMS 7.9 on a NAS from Qnap (TS-119) using a patched SSOTS
server.
I have issues with AAC radio streams - sometimes they work (they are
being converted using faad + flac on the server side), but very often
they simply do not play.
A restart of LMS helps, or sometimes the stream starts to play again
after some time or several retries.

When it does not play (it looks like playing, elapsed time is ticking on
Now Playing screen, but it's quiet), I can't neither see faad+flac
process when I run "top" command.

I tried to find a cause of this, set the "player.source" log level to
DEBUG and this is what's got caught:

The stream I tried to play here is
http://ice1.somafm.com/illstreet-128-aac , but I have issues with
basically any AAC stream, at various bitrates, playing them directly or
through BBC iPlayer "gateway" using iplayer://live?aac=... URL.

What's weird here: it checks mp3-* formats here, shouldn't it be aac-* ?
