Thanks for the answer, bpa. I only have a default types.conf which comes with LMS. There is a line saying "aac aac audio/aac,audio/aacp audio" I don't have custom-types.conf file. I tried to attach the full log but the forums engine complained that my post consisted of over 10000 characters ;)
But the thing is, the stream sometimes works, sometimes not. Sometimes it works fine, and I see in the logs that Slim::Player::TranscodingHelper::checkBin goes through aac-* formats, then the other time when it does not work, it tries to resolve mp3-* formats. Both happens on exactly the same stream. I went into an m3u file for local radio station and pointed to an AAC stream directly.
