No, I don't!

I did some more tries and found out, it works with most playlists, but
with SOME it doesn't ... so I will try out if I can find out, if there
is something special about thoses lists, which aren't recognized by
scanner. I have a suspicion already, but I have to test it out...

But I guess I've been a little short in explaining what I'm doing (and
maybe why) so there are some misunderstandings:

Usually I DON'T create and modify playlists not with LMS but with an
external tool - mostly "Playlist creator" or just "Notepad".
AFTER modifying the playlist with the external tool, I do an LMS-rescan
- usually a "playlist only" (I think, this is the reason why this
feature/option exists?) or a "new and changed" - but it makes no
difference which once I take. If I read the progress, it usually
recognizes "1 new playlist scanned, 2 changed playlist scanned" and
everything is fine after it.

(USUALLY - i have the suspicion, that "notepad" doesn't modify the
timestamp in the right way, so LMS doesn't see the change. If I modified
a playlist ONCE with Notepad and modify it afterwards with "Playlist
creator" there is still the "not understood" timestamp - if I change a
file with "Playlist Creator" only, it seems to work fine, so I suspect
"Notepad" writes "wrong" timestamps).

If someone is interested in WHY I'm not using LMS:
- I have a weekly playlist for this week's Top 100 Charts. In LMS it is
uncomfortable move files, especially if they are moving from position 56
(page 2) to position 31 (page 1) eg. With "Playlist Creator" I can move
up or with Notepad "copy + paste"
- for I'm working as a music journalist I'm getting the new albums of
the week usually once or twice a week. Then I move the folders with the
new albums in my collection ( e.g. ../m/michael jackson/thriller) and
add the different paths of the new folders to a new playlist called
"new_albums_2016_06_03"), do a "Playlist only" change and listen to it.
In LMS I had to write down, which albums are new, do a "new and changed"
scan, search the albums again (with my notices made before) and then add
the folders/songs to a playlist... - it's more work and takes between 10
or 30 minutes more time till I can start listeneing (for it needs the
"new and changed" first)
