Hi,

i just quote "something" -doesnt mean anything (to much text different
to answer in a single Thread cause is a big bandwith)

    
- which os are you using?
- is playlistgenerator and "notepad" on the same system? (if not check
  these system for the actual date/time settings)
  

May i have some ideas for your szenario - but thats very OT.

I always use the rescan playlist feature to add new stuff to my lib. But
"someone" did this of course not me :D:o:rolleyes:

Mediafiles with a newer timestamp than the scanner.log are hint -> these
files cant be stored in the lib.
A script (written for bash/linux) adds these files to a playlist (in my
case newstuff) and do a playlist scan.
Now you know why am absultly sure playlistscan works.
