Arch requires some metadata to compile the package. Metadata is available from https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/logitechmediaserver-git
So it results in cloning the gitrepo at https://aur.archlinux.org/logitechmediaserver-git.git cd folder, run makepkg and install the package using pacman. It will download the sources of lms itself.
