I've pasted the errors at http;//pastebin.com/m38429354, ( I had to change the
colon in http to a semicolon because the email keeps on
bouncing) none of the include files mentioned in the build output exist in
blender for example :-
COLLADAFWRoot.h the first one I looked for doesn't exist.
I searched for a collada package containing the files with no success.
The last time DocumentImporter.cpp was worked on was 30 Jan. so maybe
that's when it went wrong or maybe the files were accidentally removed.
