THX Cohen for that fast answer. I did try it, but the result is not correct. (half trancparency in half emmission).
*** But Meanwhile i have discovered the problem....: *) When I changed texture, i changed the texture file and re-opened it in Blender. *) The Preview got updated, but the final Render used the old version. (in this case I added transparency later and so I saw the correct version in preview while the final render still used the old texture without alpha: The Alpha channel of the texture always was 1 -> strength) Cycles Render does not update the ?cache?, if the same file is re-opened. A "reload" button as in Blender-Render is missing. *** ...and therefore I found my Workaround: If I save the new version to a new filename, Cycles Preview AND Final got updated. See the difference. ;) http://www.datenfriedhof.at/grab14/blender.png http://www.datenfriedhof.at/grab14/blender2.png Am 20.03.2015 um 19:22 schrieb Boris Cohen Tanugi: > Try using alpha as mix factor in a mix shader btw transparent and emission _______________________________________________ Bf-committers mailing list [email protected] http://lists.blender.org/mailman/listinfo/bf-committers
