Quao. A social/party game based on Mao. It was made by the folks who
made Quelf, which I like a lot, but it kind of fell on its face. It
needed about 4 or 5 times as many cards (we ended up seeing all of
them in just one game), it was too long, and some of the mechanics
didn't really seem too well thought out. There was some clever stuff
in there. The idea of one player getting secret rules he got to
enforce was pretty fun, but again, there just weren't enough of them.

It did come with a free T-shirt though (got it from Tanga), so that
was cool...
