I think Martin would agree that nobody is perfect. If you want to go out of your way to avoid John Bohrer making any money from you for his products, then that's just another example of this adage.
If a designer makes a game I admire, I buy it. I'm not going to judge his personal behavior one, damn bit more than I'd want him to be judging mine. And if I do have any thoughts on what I've seen about him online, I'm not going to hold them over his head, and pretend I'm a better person for it.
