Its $45 for a card game.
The card backs for the place holders and action cards should be more different than they are. Some people like the art, I think its okay. Its pretty clear there's going to be an expansion, as there's a little set icon on all the cards. You will eventually get wear on the cards, and worse, it will be uneven wear. That is, the Copper and Estate cards are in the whole game, every game, whereas, say, the Mine is only in 40% of the games, and only for the latter, say, two thirds of the game. Bright players will try to spread the wear out amongst the Estate and Copper cards, since there are more than enough of each in the game. Shrewd players will look at their and other's decks and know when an action vs copper card is coming up. But frankly, but the time your cards are worn you had $45 worth of fun, buy a new copy!
