Well, it could have been that particular group of people, moreso than
the game itself.  But I wouldn't disagree that Dominion is less "loud"
than other games... and I tend to like the louder games more myself.
Everyone can be a bit focused on their own process for their deck and
hand.  That's a legitimate knock against the game, but to me, it's
still a lot of fun to play, whereas other games can be "quiet" thinky
games but are also pretty dry and dull to play.
