Well it is and it isn't. 192.168.x.x/16 is a local address block. Such addresses are theoretically not valid on "the internet" but are only found on an intranet. The reality is that most routers default to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. Most WiFi routers I have seen use 192.168.1.1.
