The best thing would be to put a TEMPORARY line in your local hosts file that would resolve boardgamegeek.com to the new IP address.
For Windows this file is called "hosts" and is located in %WINDIR% \system32\drivers\etc\ (on Linux this is usually /etc/hosts, but if you're running Linux you probably knew that already) Edit the hosts file in Notepad or your favorite text editor. There should be instructions and an example in the file that should make it obvious what to do. Just remember to remove it after a couple days...
