Fury of Dracula. Pretty solid stuff here. Between the others I just don't know.
If I go outside the box and suggest another game for 5 players... I'll say Beowulf: The Legend, Power Grid, or Dune which are all fantastic. Beowulf: The Legend: One of the tightest press your luck games you will ever find. Scales perfectly from 2 players all the way up to five players. Geek poker using cards like "Courage" and "Wits" to tell the story of Beowulf's most loyal men. You are one of them! Power Grid: Amazing auctions and cutthroat resource buying, along with lots of planning. Who can be the first to power ALL the cities needed and win the day? Dune: Perhaps the best multiplayer wargame out there. Intrigue, leaders, variable player powers, unbelievably close battles, a tight ending that leaves you breathless to the very end.
