Well it seems that you like co-op games or games in which some players
band together against others. You could try:
1. Saboteur - Good dwarven miners vs saboteur dwarves in a quest to
get gold. 3-10 players. Easy to learn and playable within 30 minutes.
2. Space Alert - Awesome co-op game, because it has a real-time factor
involved. 2-5 players. There are accompanying audio tracks which are
played while missions are carried out. Learning requires more effort,
but there are tutorial missions ('simulations') to help gamers along
before going into the real missions. Because the audio track's keeping
time, it's playable in 30 minutes too.
3 Pandemic (and its expansion Pandemic: On the Brink) - Save the world
from virulent diseases! Very elegant game, can be fully co-op or with
one bio-terrorist against the rest who are specialists. 2-5 players.
Easy to learn, playable in 45 minutes to an hour.
Hope this helps, have fun!
