1. Yes 2. I live in the UK and to date the additional postage costs have been a deal-breaker as far as Kickstarter is concerned. The game would have to be truly exceptional for me to even consider KS, and I could only establish that a game met this criterion if I was able to evaluate a PnP version beforehand.
