This is only the second time I have been affected by BGG down so I don't really mind too much.. That being said if others do mind and they donate or view BGG advertising (which is everyone) then they have the right to expect a certain level of reliability. From a business point of view the customer is always right and if there are this many unhappy customers then maybe its something that BGG staff should take more seriously.
