I've just started using BibDesk and I think it's
fantastic.

However, I can't seem to get Preview to work. I get
the message "TeX preview generation failed". I should
explain that I'm a LaTeX neophyte, and in fact it was
BibDesk that has made me want to use LaTeX instead of
Word.

I downloaded BibDesk along with TeXshop. Under
preferences I set the path to pdflatex as:
   Users/michaelbiggs/Library/TeXshop/bin/pdflatexc
And the path to bibtex as:
   Users/michaelbiggs/Library/TeXshop/bin/bibtexc

I selected alpha as the bibtex style, though
ultimately I would like to specify my own .bst file.

This is the error log:

I'm sure there's something very simple that I'm doing
wrong--I'd be most grateful if you could point it out!

Congratulations on an excellent program!

Cheers,
Michael
