Thanks for your reply. I am also in the situation that I cannot use Safari
to access WoS. Safari complains about too many redirects. Firefox works just
fine. Does that mean that even if I adjust the url in the source code I
cannot get WebDesk to use the default browser (i.e. Firefox in my case)? The
way our system is set up, I only need to access the authenticating system at
the university ones, then access to WoS goes without userid/password. (The
information is probably stored in a cookie).
