I wonder if Camino is any different? It has the same rendering engine
as FF, but is built to be more mac-like.

You'll likely have the same problem, then. If you can access it with
a WebKit-based browser (Safari, OmniWeb?), it'll store cookies in a
common location that BibDesk would respect. Firefox almost certainly
uses its own system. I'd like to improve the situation, but since I
have unproxied access to WoS at work and no access from home, testing
anything like this is impossible. James Howison was looking into this
too, but I'm not sure he's had time to do anything with it.
