That would depend on your autofile choices, of course; what is the  
format string set to in preferences?  Not being Carnac the  
Magnificent, it's hard to know what you expect :).

This bug should be fixed in the next nightly build (should be up in  
~10 minutes).  That should also fix the icon problem you mentioned,  
since the icon is based on the file's UTI.
