There are various problems with color labels in items. Where would you  
put it? If you put it in a row, what's the real advantage over using a  
rating field? And coloring rows is not an option, because it  
interferes with selection marking and makes the text less (if not un-)  
readable, if not just because it's against general MacOSX UI design.
