That's warnings, not errors. As for those, I also have no clue what's going on here, and cannot reproduce. Anyway, they may not be warnings that need fixing, at least not for bibdesk. And if it's needed for bibtex, than bibtex will tell you so, e.g. in the log in the TeX preview window.
