I'm clearly doing something wrong. I have used the Tex Live Utility
to update all packages (still 2008) and I've copied the updates from
the tex4ht bug fixes page into my ~/Library/texmf folder. However,
even the minimal file:

Fails to build. (the biblatex style doesn't seem to matter, and
there's nothing odd in the bib file).
I've copied the errors at the end of this email. Is there any chance
I've just made a simple error that will be easy to correct? (fingers
very crossed)
