Hello,
I am new to bibtex and new to bibdesk, and trying to move data from zotero
over to bibdesk. I know there's going to be some required learning, but was
hoping that bibdesk could help me learn gradually, rather than all at once.
However, I'm not able to get my data in.
Here's what I've done:
Exported Bibtex from zotero.
Opened bibdesk
Opened MyLibrary.bib in bidesk.
I get many many instances of the following error:
1 characters of junk seen at top level
Here's an example of the highlighted code for one of the errors:
@article{freedman_navigatingcurrent_1997,
>From my untrained eye, this line looks similar to many of the other entries
(it doesn't seem that each entry returns the error).
Has anyone else had luck getting zotero data imported, or run into a similar
problem?
