I didn't make any changes to anything inside the bibdesk.app bundle. I have
tried both of the following terminal commands, is there anything wrong with the
syntax?

defaults write -app Bibdesk BDSKShouldParsePDFToGeneratePubMedSearchTerm -bool
true

defaults write edu.ucsd.cs.mmccrack.bibdesk
BDSKShouldParsePDFToGeneratePubMedSearchTerm -bool true

Thanks,

Tom
