If I click the "Export Citation" link on the right, it takes me to this
page:

http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v417/n6890/ris/nature00791.ris

This is an RIS citation, but you only want the lines inclusive of the
TY and ER tags.  If you copy

TY  - JOUR
[snip]
ER  - 

and paste the result into BibDesk, it should work just fine.  No
typing required :).
