In BibTeX Preferences - TeX Previews, I've selected 'Generate previews using
TeX.
Now when I click on eyeglasses icon at bottom left of bottom pane, a text
preview is generated that I can select and copy for pasting which is what I
initally requested.
The bibliography entry generated in TeX Preview is formatted as -
[1] A. Phillips. The orthodox west: Old britain and new england. Orthodox
England, 3(3):4, 03 2000.

Note that only first word of article title is capitalized, and cryptic
formatting of volumes, volume numbers, and date.

If answers to the following questions are covered in the Wiki, please
provide a URL -

1) How can I control output of the TeX formating shown in Bibdesk Preview to
match Chicago Manual of Style? -
http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide.html

2) Why doesn't first name of author display in TeX preview instead of just
first initial?
In BibDesk Preferences, I've selected Display options for 'Display first
names', and 'Display "Lastname, Firstname" (not 'Abbreviate first names'),
but I'm still getting only initial of first name in preview.

3) Why won't BibDesk cite keys autogenerate immediately? How long should it
normally take to autogenerate a cite key?
I've selected Cite Key Autogeneration in Preferences, but Cite Keys are not
autogenerating immediately, nor after 30 minutes or more, after saving,
closing BibDesk, reopening, etc.
