I make heavy use of keywords and groups while working on projects. With
several different projects in the same .bib-file, the left pane of Bibdesk
tends to become a bit overcrowded.

I consider solving this by splitting my .bib-file into smaller project
files. This will solve the problem with the overcrowded left pane, but I'm
not shure how Autofile will react.

1. If I use several different .bib-files will the Autofile still put all
linked files in the same folder?
2. Is there a potential naming conflict when i autogenerate citekeys in
different .bib-files and use citekeys for filenames with Autofile?
3. Is there a "best practice" for working with several .bib-files,
autogenerated citekeys and Autfile?

all the best
Hans Christian
