I thought that was the entire point of -kill and resetting the LS database? In
my recollection, it resets all default application bindings, which is why I
hate running it.
Also, I thought -[NSWorkspace iconForFile:] performance had always been
terrible? Why not use iconForFileType: and get a generic one?
