I don't know the circumference off hand. If I remember correctly, the
height of the tire, in other words, the height you can see above the
lip of the rim, is about 46mm and the width is about the same. If you
need an exact measurement, I can get it either today or over the
weekend.

I don't have a 700x50 Conti in stock.
